NOTE: The top 20 teams from 2009 ASAMT Super Late Model Point Standings have the first chace at their numbers. Application deadline is January 31st, 2010. If your application has not been received by this date, your number request will fall to the next individual that is requesting the same number.

All others requesting a number outside of the top 20 can request on a first come first serve basis. Numbers will be officially issued based on the date of receiving your application
